Sherri Dill Panelist
From the beer-loving state of North Carolina, Sherri Dill developed an early passion for craft beer and hospitality. What began as a shared family love of the beverage turned into more than just a weekend hobby when she joined Capital Brewing Co, where she beertended nights and weekends. Determined to turn craft beer into a career, she created a beer instagram to make a place for herself on social media in the brewing field. (@mybrewcents, if you’re interested). Meanwhile, at work, Sherri took every opportunity to learn—volunteering for training, relentlessly asking questions, and immersing herself in the process. She made her way onto the production team in packaging, and in time earned the position of lead brewer on the brew team. A committed advocate for women and non-binary people in beer, Sherri has been an active member of the Pink Boots Society since 2021 and now serves as the ACT State Coordinator.
