Dash Rumble Panelist
Dash Rumble is the proud owner and general manager of Pilot Restaurant and Such and Such in Canberra (Ngunnawal and Ngambri).
Dash started her career early at the naked fish in mawson in year nine. Surprisingly that didn’t turn her off food, fish or chips. After falling into hospitality while studying and deciding to make that a career, naive ambition drove Dash along with Ross and Mal to open a suburban fine dining extension of their combined personalities called Pilot in 2018. After surviving 5 years the desire to express themselves further got the best of them and manifested itself in the form of fun, laid back, wine driven Such and Such.
Over the years Dash’s passion has pushed her and her team on a mission to create the best restaurant experience possible. Not only for guests but for the people that work there too. She cares about the little things and believes that a strong vision, solid relationships, consistency and passion are what make up the best spots to be.
She doesn’t know it all but she is honest and open and ready to share.
