Alicia Clarke Panelist

Alicia started her career in hospitality at 19, working for the next seven years in what feels like the majority of venues in Hobart at the time. She moved to Sydney at the end of 2019; starting her time with Double Deuce Lounge soon after in February of 2020. She rose from Bartender to Supervisor, and finally to Venue Manager at the very end of 2023. Since then, she has won Best Bartender at the ALIAs in 2024, Breakout Bartender of the Year for Boothby amongst several other nominations. She has facilitated and run many bar takeovers and guest shifts for Double Deuce Lounge; including Attaboy and Caretaker’s Cottage in Sydney, and F*nkytown in Bangkok.
